Being relentless is one of the ways that both saved and created a life of joy, success and personal growth.
It’s estimated that 16.2 million adults in the United States, or 6.7 percent of American adults, have had at least one major depressive episode in a given year. About 25% seek counseling or therapy.
The good news is that anyone can learn how to thrive despite hardships. I’ll show you how.
